How important is it that the image is a correct representation of reality? And how far can you go? Make it impossible to read and feel?
In this workshop we will work with simple and complex concepts to stimulate a spontaneous, unplanned approach during the creative phase. Sometimes it’s nice not to have a clear plan and let your unconscious take over.

PROGRAM
– First day –
Friday 15 March, 6.30 pm
The opportunity to learn about the creative path of Mattias Adolfsson in an informal and creative environment, will be introduced to the members of the techniques present in the laboratory. We will introduce the topic of the intensive course in detail. Mattias Adolfsson will tell us about his work by answering any questions and curiosities. will be possible at the end, participate in an aperitif with the artist.
– Second day –
Saturday 16 March from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30.
Saturday will be dedicated to creativity: each participant will move within the theme to create their own productions followed by the tutor.
– Third day –
Sunday 17 March from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30.
Participants will continue to work with the tutor finalizing their own paper. Participants can then choose a unique layout that will see its finalization in the risograph printing.
Finalization of the final image
Preparation and realization of the executive for the printing in risograph.
Printing of each work that will be collected in a collective display.
All outputs produced by participants will become Risograph prints! With the help of the tutors of the Print Club, the matrices of each subject will be created, elaborating the illustrations made the previous day to create a true collection of original images strictly self-produced.
MATERIALS
We suggest that you take with you the tools with which you are most comfortable in drawing: from analog to your laptop for those working in digital. For the Risograph printing part all the materials will be provided by the Print Club Torino.
REGISTRATIONS
The workshop will be activated with a minimum number of 8 participants and will be held with a maximum of 20 people. Registration will be finalized after the payment of the entire fee, buying it from the site or at the headquarters of the Print Club Torino.
COST: 250 €
including:
14 hours of intensive course / realization of your subject with Mattias + printing Risograph with Print Club/ cards / materials to realize the project/ teaching material.
MEMBERSHIP
Participation in the workshop gives the right to membership to € 30 that will allow participants to access the laboratory independently. Please note that membership is mandatory in order to access the activities of the laboratory.
CANCELLATION POLICY AT THE WORKSHOP
You can cancel your registration within 7 calendar days from the start of the course, informing the Print Club Torino at the email address workshop@printclubtorino.it. The fee paid may be used for participation in another workshop (within one year, after which it will no longer be returned). Failure to notify within the prescribed days will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
